In Person Meditation Community Group Practice Toronto
Weekly Thursdays Meditation Group Practice for the Community

Aug 12, 2022.  After a long hiatus driven by the pandemic, we are thrilled to announce that our in-person, on-site Meditation Thursdays Group Practice will resume once again on: August 18, 2022, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Eastern!

Why Bodhi Meditation?

In this fast-paced world now full of uncertainty, meditation practices have become a rapidly growing global health trend as people seek ways to alleviate the stress of modern living.

Meditation is suitable for people of different cultural and ethnic backgrounds and ages to practice.  Bodhi Meditation’s methods are simple to learn and easy to incorporate into one’s daily routine.

For most first-time meditators, the process of sitting in silence while listening to meditation music might seem foreign and even daunting.  Nonetheless, with sustained, regular practice, you will eventually feel the benefits of meditation.

Bodhi Meditation’s meditation methods use guided visualizations and meditation music to bring us through the process of cleansing our body and mind, allowing us to achieve a state of calm and peace.

By gently closing your eyes and focusing on the meditation music, you allow yourself to immerse in pure light and energy and learn to dissolve your inner tensions.   This is a moment to focus on yourself and experience total peace and purity.

Through a regular meditation practice, we learn to let go of negative thought patterns, adopt positive thinking, and create a healthy and peaceful mind.
