Ms. Thila used to have trouble falling asleep at night. She does not usually sleep well and wakes up still feeling tired in the morning. But after practicing Energy Bagua Aerobics daily for the last 10 days, she reports that she can easily fall asleep now, and wakes up well-rested and full of energy. She feels cheerful, and can’t help herself from humming and singing all day long. Even her husband, who is quite resistant to suggestions, willingly did the Energy Bagua Aerobics exercises with her. He especially liked the Archery exercises!
